Join BMBP

While we are serious about improving mountain biking’s image and helping others - we have a lot fun too!  We typically run one training session in the spring before the snow melts and the trails are ready.

If you are interested in joining the patrol, check out below for more info. While we are serious about improving mountain biking’s image and helping others - we have a lot fun too! Being a part of the patrol is both rewarding and fun.

BMBP Patroller Goals

  • Patrol 18 or more hours before December 2008
  • Ride the West Magnolia area at least once (by Labor Day)

BMBP Benefits

  • Free membership in Boulder Mountainbike Alliance (BMA),the local advocacy organization for mountain bikers
  • Social events – group rides, parties, trips to out-of-town biking destinations, raffles, and much more

Patroller Requirements

  • Have a mountain bike in good working condition
  • Wear a helmet
  • Complete the Boulder Mountain Bike Patrol training
  • Follow and promote IMBA’s Rules of the Trail
