The Boulder Mountainbike Alliance (BMA) was incorporated as a Colorado non-profit in August, 1991, as the Boulder Offroad Alliance (BOA).
Since the original incorporation, the organization name has been changed, the Articles of Incorporation and the Corporate Bylaws have been revised, and the corporation has been recognized by the Federal Internal Revenue Service as tax exempt under section 501 (c) (4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The original and revised Articles of Incorporation and the record of the corporate name change are on file (on-line) at the Colorado Secretary of State website.
