If you are interested in joining the patrol, check out below for more info. While we are serious about improving mountain biking's image and helping others - we have a lot fun too! Being a part of the patrol is both rewarding and fun.
BMBP Patroller Goals
- Patrol 18 or more hours before December 2008
- Ride the West Magnolia area at least once (by Labor Day)
BMBP Benefits
- Free membership in Boulder Mountainbike Alliance (BMA),the local advocacy organization for mountain bikers
- Social events – group rides, parties, trips to out-of-town biking destinations, raffles, and much more
- Discounts at area bike shops and other businesses
- First Aid and CPR training opportunities
- Chance to meet and ride with other mountain bikers
- Giving back to the moutain bike community = priceless!
Patroller Requirements
- Have a mountain bike in good working condition
- Wear a helmet
- Complete the Boulder Mountain Bike Patrol training
- Follow and promote IMBA’s Rules of the Trail
